Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched from Sweden within 1–4 working days. Tracking is included and emailed as soon as the shipment is booked.
Where we ship
Free tracked shipping is available to the 66 destinations listed in the country selector at checkout. If your country is not shown, the direct store cannot accept the order yet; you can contact us before buying.
Transit time depends on the destination, customs and local carrier. Unless we agree another delivery date with you, we will deliver within 30 days of the order.
United States
US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid. Customs duties and import fees are included, so nothing extra should be due on delivery.
European Union
Orders are dispatched from Sweden, so there are no import customs duties for delivery within the EU.
Other destinations
Any tax we collect is included in the total shown before payment. Outside the EU and the US, local authorities may charge VAT, GST, customs duty or handling fees that we have not collected. Those charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
Direct-store purchases have a 30-day return period. The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return; we pay the reasonable return cost when the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Read the complete returns and withdrawal policy before sending anything back.
