30-day return period

For products bought directly from breathingjewel.com, Momo Jord AB gives you 30 days from the day you receive the order to tell us that you want to return it. This includes and extends the statutory 14-day withdrawal period that applies to eligible distance purchases.

Email [email protected] with your name, order number and a clear statement that you want to withdraw or return. You do not need to give a reason. After notifying us, send the product back promptly and no later than 14 days after your notice.

Condition and handling

You may inspect the product as you could in a physical shop. Please keep all included pieces together and pack them safely. Because the pendant is intended to touch the mouth, do not put it in your mouth if you are still deciding whether to keep it.

If the product has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, we may make a lawful deduction for the resulting loss in value. Missing or damaged accessories may also affect the value.

Return shipping

You pay the direct cost of return shipping when you change your mind. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the return is complete. Do not send a return cash-on-delivery. We will provide the return address and any available return-label option when you contact us.

If the product is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us before returning it. We will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs when the claim is valid.

Refund

For a valid withdrawal, we refund the product price and the cost of our standard outbound delivery. We do not refund an extra amount paid for a more expensive delivery method. We use the same payment method as the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We make the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them, whichever comes first. We may wait until one of those events has occurred.

Defects and complaints

The return period does not limit your legal rights when a product is faulty. Under Swedish consumer law, you can complain about an original defect for three years. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the problem; a complaint made within two months is always considered timely. We will normally first offer repair or replacement where that is possible and proportionate.
