The earliest version was shaped in Sweden around 2015. The essential idea was already there: a hollow pendant whose narrow opening gives the exhale a physical path.

A breathing ritual, hidden in plain sight.
The idea began with the object itself: something small enough to wear every day, beautiful enough to keep close and functional enough to breathe through.
From object to jewellery
Proportions, silver thickness and the opening were refined until the piece felt like jewellery rather than equipment — discreet on a chain and substantial enough to hold.
Made in small batches
The original design is handmade in solid 925 sterling silver by an independent silversmith. Each pendant is individually finished, quality-checked, packed and dispatched from Sweden.

Breathing Jewel has reached 1,200 Etsy sales and a 4.9 average from 313 reviews. That history is real proof; the product does not need exaggerated health promises.
