We collect your email address, the time and source of your signup and basic delivery records. We use this information to send the emails you requested and to manage unsubscribes. The legal basis is your consent.

We process your name, email address, phone number when supplied, delivery address, chosen product and variant, order history, payment status, shipment and tracking information. We need this to take payment, reserve stock, deliver the order, provide support, handle returns or complaints and meet accounting and other legal obligations. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Breathing Jewel or Momo Jord AB.

Buying does not subscribe you to marketing. We add you to the newsletter only when you actively choose to join; you can unsubscribe at any time. We may send a limited service email inviting you to review a purchased product. A review linked to an eligible completed order can be marked as a verified purchase.

We use the information in your message and our reply to answer your question and keep a useful support history. A contact-form submission does not subscribe you to marketing.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and site use, and the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising. These services may receive information such as the page visited, browser and device details, approximate location derived from an IP address and actions such as starting checkout.

We do not load optional Google or Meta tracking until you choose “Accept”. Choosing “No thanks” does not restrict the website. You can change your choice later using Cookie settings in the footer.

We use providers only where needed to operate the service. They include Idun Blue for checkout, order, customer, email and review workflows; Stripe for payment and fraud prevention; Shipmondo and the selected carrier for labels, customs data, delivery and tracking; Cloudflare and our hosting providers for security and delivery; and our email provider for transactional messages and consented newsletters. Google and Meta receive optional analytics or advertising data only when you accept those cookies. Etsy applies its own privacy policy when you choose Etsy checkout.

For assistant features in the store's administration, the Idun Blue platform uses the AI providers Anthropic and OpenAI as sub-processors. Before any data reaches an AI provider it is pseudonymised: email addresses, phone numbers and payment references are removed and names are shortened. The data is not used to train AI models. Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on the provider's applicable transfer mechanism, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Email-list information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to erase it, apart from a minimal suppression record needed to respect your choice. Order and accounting records are normally kept for seven years to meet Swedish bookkeeping obligations. Support, return and complaint records are kept while they are needed to handle the request or establish legal claims.

Some service providers may process information outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us if you want more information about the safeguards used for your data.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to certain processing. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
